In the interest of those who normally attend the OLC meeting, it will be held on Saturday 14th and Sunday 15th September 2019 following the conference. The venue is yet to be determined.
Oceania CACS reserves the right to cancel this conference and all fees will be refunded after expenses have been paid, but Oceania CACS accepts no responsibility for other costs incurred by the registrant. If a registrant's cancellation is received 21 days before the conference, half (50%) the registration fee will be refunded; thereafter no refunds will be given. No refunds will be given to registrants who fail to attend the conference. You can substitute an attendee, but all substitutions must be submitted in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.
Liability and Insurance
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind.
It is recommended that delegates take out travel and medical insurance.
It is recommended the policy should include loss of fees through cancellation of your participation in the Conference itself, airfares, medical expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. In the event of industrial disruptions or natural disasters, the meeting secretariat cannot accept responsibility for any financial or other losses incurred by delegates, injury or damage to property or persons occurring during the Conference or associated activities.
